At this point we had moved out of the house we were renting and had to move in with parents while we were waiting to find out if our mortgage application was successful. It was a tense time but also lots of fun but the short break in sunny Barcelona was very welcome. We had some amazing tapas, enormous G & T's and some well needed R and R after a pretty stressful time.
